Blog #2. The Great Gatsby

This week I read chapter 2. Again, I sometimes regret why I chose this book but still this book is interesting if you read carefully. The author showed that Tom and Daisy's marriage is not that stable and they are not close enough. And the author emphasized at this chapter. Tom drags Nick to follow him on the train. Tom takes Nick to Wilson's garage and there, they meet a beautiful women. Nick later finds out that Tom actually cheated on his wife and the women was MRS. WILSON! So that means they both cheated their wife or husband. They have party and Nick tries to get out from the party, but he couldn't. Almost at the end of the party, Mrtyle, Mrs. Wilson, brings up the topic, Daisy. Tom gets little bit angry and told her not to say about anything about Daisy. Mrtyle gets mad, too and resists from whatever Tom said. Tome gets mad and makes the party to be finished by punching Mrtyle.

In this book, until now, the character I don't like most is Tom. He wants to do everyrthing in his way and force someone naturally. He likes to give compliment for himself. He also orders someone and that means he is looking down on someone.
